The Ministry of Finance is the leading institution in public administration in the field of public benefit organisations and is responsible for development of its state policy.

 

The aim of the state policy in the field of public benefit organisations – to promote public benefit organisations’ activity by forming:

  • development-friendly state policy in the field of public benefit organisations;
  • state policy supportive of public benefit organisations.

Public Benefit Organisation Law sets out the framework for public benefit organisations activities, lists types of public benefit organisations activities and defines limitations to public benefit organisations’ property and to the use of financial resources, etc.

State  Revenue Service grants the Status of Public Benefit Organisations’ and performs the Supervision of the Public Benefit Organisations’ activities.
